We help you produce your website content and creating a final website.
What you get: You will finish up with a well-written website that
reflects your work and your practice in the best possible way. You will
have the most chance of turning a prospect into a client. This is an
all-in-one package.
How you get it: In this process I get to know you and your work and help
you identify what you are looking for in a website. We
will decide what pages are needed and how best to display your
information, qualifications and resume. We will talk about what helpful
information you can offer prospective clients on your website and what
search keywords to use so that you can be found on search engines. We
will discuss ways you need to keep promoting your website.
What it costs: A website with carefully planned content
will cost you between $750 and $1000 including hosting (worth at least $50 per year) and
domain registration (at least $10 per year) and set up fees ($25).

Just Write it!
We produce website
content for your existing website Designer
What you get:
The purpose of this package is to focus only on the content of your site
and not on the design.
How you get it: If you
already have a preferred designer to work with or want to design your
own website, I can help you plan and write the content. A fantastic
design with poor content will not work as effectively as an average
design with outstanding content.
What it costs: Hourly fee for consultation.

A new website or redesign of an existing
one.
What you get: A 5-8 page website
How you get it: You will have your website copy ready for me. I will discuss the design and layout with you. We
will decide what pages are needed and how best to display the information you have prepared and also what keywords to use for the search engines.
What it costs: Starting at $500

4. Jumpstart your
Entrepreneur
Ongoing meetings about your marketing strategies
that are challenging, informative and supportive.
What you get: Just because you are a talented
psychotherapist, does not mean you comfortable marketing yourself or even know how to. I will
challenge you to bring your most creative entrepreneurial self into focus for that hour. I will help you problem
solve and brainstorm and share new ideas and opportunities for you.
How you get it: I
will support your marketing endeavors. I will find out how things are going, how many new referrals you got this
month, how many doctors you called on, how many attorneys you took out
to lunch, what CE courses you have done, what about that niche you
talked about last month, and that master card service you have been
thinking about for 2 years. How is that workshop preparation going? The
brochure - what's stopping you from finishing it and printing it up? The
article – have you written it yet? What about using an article template?
Or even a service that submits your articles? Did you even know there
was such a thing. It’s my job to know these things and pass them on to
you.
Each call will leave you in action! Each action has the potential to
generate clients.

IF you are marketing yourself effectively – writing useful articles,
giving presentations, adding to your resume etc, your website will need
to be updated regularly. I will manage this for you.
